We place a high value on upholding high standards when it comes to protecting the privacy of our community members. Your preferences as to the use of your information are our priority; we take it seriously, for the protection and proper use of your personal information.
OUR POLICY
We serve only in India.
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our fair trade products. As our products are hand-crafted, many products will vary slightly in colour and/or size.
CANCELING AN ORDER
To cancel your order, please contact us on +91- 413-2622161 OR e-mail. tobetwo@rediffmail.com between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (Mon-Fri). If your order has not been shipped then, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
But if your order has been shipped then, we cannot authorize your cancellation.
No return or cancellation is allowed on discounted items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges subject to the following scenarios which should be done within 2 days from the receipt of goods, at your end.
Received defective product
Received wrong product
The product is not as shown on the website or does not fit
After approving your return request, we will gladly offer you an exchange and cover the cost of re-delivering to you. All exchanges depend on availability.

We cannot replace or refund products that don’t meet the specifications mentioned below.
Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse
The product has a manufacturing defect but has been used, worn, or washed
REFUND POLICY
If you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund of the total amount paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. On receipt of the defective/damaged/wrong product at our end, kindly allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund from time to time.

MISSING PARCELS
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot take responsibility for the wrong address being used for an order. E-mail us if your garments do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address if possible.

Basket CookiesAnti-forgery cookies are used to prevent CSRF attacks. It guarantees that the user is the one who initially requested the page form. It prevents anybody to forge a link and have it activated by an authenticated user. Anti-forgery cookies are removed when a user closes the Web browser.
Last Viewed Products CookiesThis cookie is used to store information about the last viewed products that are shown at the bottom of the product and product list pages. The last viewed products cookie is removed when a user closes the Web browser.
INTEGRATION OF THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
Our website uses content and services from other providers. These include, for example, maps and videos provided by Google Maps and YouTube. The IP address must be transmitted in order to ensure that this data can be accessed and displayed in the user’s browser.
